The candidate for this position must be able to handle with the entire process of importing technology products, from freight quotes (sea, road and air) up to delivery of the product to the warehouse. To do this, the candidate must be familiar with the entire freight quote process, customs documentation and clearance, as well as the charges involved in the process.
Activities:– Control, monitoring and tracking of all importation and exportation processes, registered by an internal broker;– Elaborate, monitor, analyze, check and send of relevant documents to the bureaucratic processes of the area, like Import Request, L.I, BL, D.I, INVOICE (Customs Clearance);– Analysis and adjust of NCMs;– Quotations for international air, road and sea freight, – Coordination of shipments;– Control of terminal storage expiration with calculations of payment values;– Entering information into the management system;– Tracking cargo after import/export clearance;– Issue reports to monitor import, storage, transportation expenses, etc.;– Issue of entry invoices;– Relationship with the international supplier: Contact with the external supplier to align import processes; monitoring orders; transportation; storage; negotiation of deadlines.”
