Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP)/Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team in Miami, FL, specializing in hair transplant procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aesthetic or surgical procedures, exceptional patient care skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team of medical professionals.
Key Responsibilities:-Perform hair transplant procedures, including FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction) technique.-Conduct preoperative consultations, assess patient candidacy, and develop personalized treatment plans.-Assist in local anesthesia, harvesting, graft preparation, and implantation of follicular units.-Provide postoperative care, including follow-ups, wound management, and patient education.-Ensure compliance with safety protocols and medical standards.-Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Qualifications:-Active license in Florida.-Experience in hair restoration, dermatology, plastic surgery, or aesthetic medicine is preferred.-Strong knowledge of hair anatomy, scalp conditions, and surgical techniques.-Excellent manual dexterity, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.-Outstanding communication and patient care skills.
