Primary Purpose of the Position:
You will support the areas related to Organizational Development and related fields – Recruitment and Selection, Internal Communication, Training and Development, and HR Events.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:– Recruitment & selection (external candidates, internal candidates, positions handled by external consultancy, executive positions)– Support the management of interns and apprentices– Support for internal communications– Support for organizational development & training– Support with company benefits– Perform other administrative activities related to organizational development and human resources
Certifications and Education:Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, psychology, administration, or related fields
Experience:– Human resources, focusing on organizational development
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:– Fluent in English– Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace– Preferred Knowledge of the Microsiga TOTVS system
